MKG understands that the exercise of corporate governance is all-encompassing and concerns all levels or tiers of any organization as it refers to the way decisions are made or, in general, to the way the company’s performance is managed and controlled. In order to have an influence on the quality of said governance structure, it is necessary to have the ability to communicate with all its levels effectively, that is where MKG comes in to support the development and growth of the business especially in compliance with the Companies laws in Tanzania.

Therefore, the main reason behind MKG’s in-depth knowledge and expertise of its profile make it possible to be proactive in terms of improvements in the corporate governance of the private Companies as well as individual businesses in Tanzania as the law requires all companies incorporated in Tanzania to have a Company Secretary who will play a significant role in the effective administration of the Company.
